Coffee County Manchester Public Library 2024 Adult Reading Program Registration
Please complete this form for each Patron you would like to register for the Adult Reading Program.

Adults may start checking-out books for the reading program on Saturday, January 13th, 2024 after the Kickoff Author Signing. Books must be from our library and be kept overnight to qualify.   First day to enter for prizes will be Tuesday, January 16th  (Monday is MLK Day)

The Program will go until February 17th, 2024. February 16th will be the final day to turn in logs and bingos. Prizes will be drawn February 20th, 2024.

I understand that I must have a Coffee County Library Card and check out items from Manchester Public Library or ·       Check out items at the library or through READs. Read, listen, or watch Books, Audiobooks, and Non-fiction DVDs will all count for prize entries. 

Rules:

·        Adults (ages 18+) on or before January 13th

·        Books must be check out HERE or through READS

o   Books checked out AT Tullahoma do not count, but Tullahoma books checked out here or books through ILL, do count

·        Items must be kept overnight in order to enter for a prize

·        First day to enter for prizes will be Tuesday, January 16th  (Monday is MLK Day)

Participation:

·        In Person:

o   Patrons can fill out an entry slip with their name, phone number, & title of book or non-fiction DVD (See Front Desk)

o   Then you may put their ticket in whichever prize box they want to. (Displays Upfront )

 How to Win:

·       Check out items at the library or through READs

·       Read, listen, or watch

·        Books, Audiobooks, and Non-fiction DVDs will all count for prize entries.

Author Signing & Library Programs:

·        Everyone who attends each event will earn a special prize entry slip- these will be on colored paper. Also, There will be an author passport again as a door prize raffle. You must see every author and get your passport marked then turn in for door prizes before you leave. We will call winners the same day after the event. 

 

Drawing/Prizes:

·        Bingo Board- If a bingo is completed, patrons can choose a book from the cart, a book from the book sale room, or a book bag. (Up to 2 bingos)- If they turn in a bingo to you, just initial and date their paper.

·        Each week, I will choose around 5 patrons to come pick a book from the book cart, a book from the book sale room, a book bag, or whatever prize is available.

·        There will be weekly prizes and grand prizes that patrons can choose to enter for. ( Patrons can Put their slips in for either)

·        The drawing for the grand prizes will be at the end of the program. The other prizes will have a date on the box that entry slips go in.

·        I will pick weekly prize winners each Friday morning. Winners will be notified sometime that day.   

·        I will pick grand prize winners on Monday, February 12th. Winners will be notified sometime that day. 

·        The last day to enter for prizes will be Saturday, February 10th.
