1.   This form is to be filled in online by all the candidates applying for MBA / MBA IB programs of the Faculty for session 2013-14.      2.   However this is not a replacement for the Admission Application Form,  which needs to be filled and submitted separately by ALL ASPIRING CANDIDATES along with required enclosures and specified fee through Demand Draft  to the Office of the Dean on the address given in the Information Bulletin (downloadable from web site of the Faculty www.bhu.ac.in/fms).       3.    Last date for submission of filled in application form: 27 November 2012.
