E.g. 15 umols/mmol creatinine, 20 umols etc.
What was your level of trimethylamine-oxide ?
E.g. 45umols/mmol creatinine. If not tested for this, put 'not specified.'
If tested, what was your creatinine level ?
Note : Often TMA and TMAO testing use creatinine as the concentration reference. It does not create an odor itself.  
What are the 'normal' reference ranges of the lab where you tested ?
This usually tells you what the normal ranges are from the lab you tested for TMA, TMA-oxide, and a percentage or ratio. Creatinine may also be added, though this is just to compare the concentrations against. This info should be on your result sheet. If  in doubt, you can skip this question
What was the diagnosis ?
E.g. Primary TMAU ? Secondary TMAU ? Normal ? I don't know ?
