I certify that all information provided is accurate and correct. If information is determined to be inaccurate, my application may be withdrawn and participation in the program denied. Upon determining eligibility, I give permission for the City of Plano to forward my application to Credit Union of Texas, financial partner for the $mart Energy Loan Program.
