DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT TO RSVP:

 

In order to complete your reservation, you must make a $100 deposit ($200 for couples and families), postmarked or sent to paypal by the deadlines at the top of this page.

We want to know your intent for coming - however, once the event sells out, preference is given to those who are 'Yes' and who are coming  for at least 3 nights.
Length of Stay *
Select the Nights or option you plan to come for - preference for Shabbat stays is given to people coming for 3 nights or longer.

Triple Room - I would be ok staying in a triple ( room with 3 people) and/or sleeping on a cot in a smaller room with 2 people, for a reduced rate *
The per person couple rate will apply when 3 are in a room and one bed is a cot, or if you are in a smaller 'single type' room where we place a cot, to squeeze in more folks if need be. There are only 1 or 2 rooms that could be triples and only if we need to do we ask people to sleep in a triple.

Please specify which items you would consider for Wed, Thu, Friday & Sunday - let us know in comments or 'other' which days you would like to do what also! Also, if you do not have a car, your ability to do offsite activities besides hiking or tanglewood  may be limited.

Answer this specifically as to what you can do/where you can shop, especially if you are able to shop at a place like Costco. If selected you will get a reduction for helping shop and helping during the weekend.
