This form will collect some information about who you are, how we can communicate with you, what you'd like to do at Furlandia, and what you need from the con to make your activity run smoothly. Please complete this form accurately and completely, and if you would like to present multiple panels/workshops, please fill out a new iteration of the form for each one. (Yes, that means you’ll have to repeat some required contact info--sorry.)

This should probably go without saying, but: your submission of this form does not automatically constitute acceptance of your programming proposal, free or compensated admission/housing/travel to Furlandia, an offer of employment by any of Furlandia’s organizers or sponsoring parties, or any other benefit or relationship.
