Interlibrary Loan Request
Due to limited resources and space, the Library is unable to buy everything we would like to. If we do not have an item in our collection, we are usually able get the item from another library. This is called Interlibrary Loan. Our library is part of a vast network of participating libraries that are willing to loan out materials to other libraries.

You MUST be reside in Mahaska County to use the Interlibrary Loan service at the Oskaloosa Public Library. Interlibrary Loan requests can be made in person, by phone, or using this online form. There is a $2.00 fee for this service.  This is due when you pick up the item.  There is no charge if we are unsuccessful in getting an item for you.

If you place an Interlibrary Loan request and don't pick the item up once we get it for you, the $2.00 fee will charged to your library card
