Terms & Conditions
1. Pre-Registration:  All workshops require pre-registration and prepayment by the closing date.  We are unable to accept payment on the day of the workshop or after the workshop.  You can make payment by either sending a cheque made out to "The Counselling Place LLP" with a stamped self-addressed envelope complete with your registration form, or drop by our centre to pay by cash and NETS during office hours.  If you would like to pay via InterBank transfer, please email us for bank details.  If you would like to pay by credit cards, please note there is additional administration charge.  You can click on the "Pay Now!" link on our website.
2. Refund:  Full refund if written notice is received before the closing date.  After the closing date, no refund is permitted but registration is transferrable to another person.
3. Minimum number: The Counselling Place reserves the right to cancel the workshop if minimum number for the workshop is not met.  In situation where a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient interest, full refund will be given.
