Please make sure you have read the rules to enter original art at http://www.nesfa.org/boskone/artshow.html before filling out this form!

Space fees are $44 per whole unit of space. Tables are 6' x 2.5'; panels are 4' x 6' (h x w). Partial spaces are prorated with a 1/4 minimum (i.e., $11/quarter). Prints are to be displayed in the print shop, unless they are unique. Please buy your membership at http://www.nesfa.org/boskone/reg.html if you will be attending Boskone.

We suggest you print a copy of this page for your records. Print it before answering the last question. Print an extra copy for us if you will be paying by check instead of through our secure online site.

Resale Art Entry Form
Resale art is $3/square foot area. For 3D art, use its footprint.

Compute the fee for each item by multiplying the dimensions (including any mat, frame, or stand) to get the area in square inches, dividing by 144 to convert to square feet, rounding up to the next full square foot, and multiplying by $3. (For example, 12” times 18” gives 216 square inches; 216 divided by 144 gives 1.5 square feet; 1.5 rounds to 2 square feet; 2 times $3 gives a $6 fee.)

Instead, you may purchase a standard art show unit: 1/4, 1/2, or 1 full panel or table.

Print Shop
Please use this page if you are entering prints in the print shop. The print shop is for multiple copies of an image (or item). If you only have a single copy of a print, it should go on your panel.

Boskone asks that you enter between 3 and 10 matted copies of an image. All copies should be identical in size and printing method; mat colors may differ, but mat sizes should be the same. Specially cut mats, remarked or hand-colored prints should go on your panel.
Number of different images
How many different images (not the quantity of individual prints) will you be entering in the print shop?  You are allowed up to 10 copies of 10 different prints. Different sizes of the same image count as different images.
How many prints altogether (all images, all sizes)? Each item costs $1 each.

Payment
Payment made be made online via PayPal, or with most major credit cards, through our secure merchant site. You may also fill out and print the first two pages (the basic info and the form), and mail them in with a check. We suggest you keep a copy of the form page for your own records.

Otherwise print these pages as needed and mail them, retaining copies for your records.
