Revise the curriculum with emphasis on skills development.

Send shop teachers for trainings of the state-of-the-art technology.

The EVSU administration should provide shops with recent tools, equipments and facilities for instruction.

Have a tie-up with industries in order to have higher level skills training.

There must be an OJT subject for students.

Coordinated visits to training stations of OJT students-trainees should be made more frequent.

Increase the number of hours in laboratory.

Conduct study on job requirements within the school service area.

Have a re-training program for graduates.

Have a job placement program.

Inform the graduates of job openings.

Give assistance in applying for loan for capital investment for new business or industry.
