Thank you for your interest in leadership with SWE!
We currently have 2 chair openings and several freshmen rep openings.
---All grade levels are encouraged to apply for the Chair positions. These new chairs will be expected to take on the full responsibility of the position. This is a great opportunity for sophomores or juniors to get involved with SWE this semester.
---Freshman are encouraged to apply as freshman reps. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be introduced to the inner workings of MIT SWE and to leadership at MIT. You will assist co-chairs in planning events and may even plan events on your own. This is a great way of testing the waters prior to new board selections in February.
As a clarification, all positions are semester long. Transitions for regular year-long board positions will occur in February.
Applications are due by 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 20th. You will be notified if you are accepted by Saturday, the 22nd.
