Photo Session Contract - Everyday Moments Photography
Welcome (or welcome back!) to Everyday Moments Photography!  This contract is put into place so that you know exactly what a session with me entails and to ensure that I am able to deliver on your expectations.  Please read all information carefully. Please PRINT a copy for yourself and submit a copy for my records.  If you have any questions, please let me know before the session.  Thank you!

SESSION DETAILS
1.  Deposits (non-refundable) cover time and talent only and secure your session date and current prices.
2.  You are responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to location choice (admission fees, parking, etc.).
3.  Travel up to 30 miles from 32832 is included.  Time and travel above this will be rated at $1 per mile.
4.  If someone becomes ill, please call as soon as possible to reschedule your session.  I maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to weather, illness, emergency, etc.

PROOFING & ORDERING
1.  Approximately 1-2 weeks after the session I will post your proofs in a password protected gallery online.  I determine what images will be included in your gallery.  This gallery will be hosted for 7 days so please be prepared to place your order in that time frame.  There is a $25 charge to reactivate your gallery after the 7 days has expired.
2.  Be sure to inspect your images carefully in your gallery.  Once images and products are ordered, all sales are final.
3.  Creative priviledge - there are times when an image needs a certain crop or a particular treatment.  I will do my best to match your tastes, but I need to have the freedom to decide how to make an image look its absolute best.
4.  I cannot begin to process orders until payment is complete.
5.  If you have a request for a small change to an image, please let me know when you place your order.  I can address minor changes at no cost (fix blemishes, tighter crop, head swap (if feasible) etc.).
6.  I do not release RAW (unedited) images.
7.  All unordered images will be purged after 90 days.

MODEL RELEASE
In exchange for consideration received, I hereby give permission to Everyday Moments Photography to use my (and all parties in this photo session) photographic likeness in all forms and media (Facebook, blog, etc.) for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes. I do hereby release to Everyday Moments Photography, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies.  I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.

1.  Everyday Moments Photography is not responsible for prints not printed at the recommended lab (Mpix.com).
2.  Everyday Moments Photography is not responsible for any injury during my session.
3.  Session starts at the scheduled time.  I understand I may forfeit all or part of my session if I am tardy.
4.  Sessions will not be discounted or rescheduled due to children's attitude, mood, or behavior. While we strive for happy children during the session, but it is something we cannot control.
6.  Please do not copy images you have purchased.   Copying or scanning images from your gallery, my website, the blog, Facebook, or from other printed materials is considered stealing, regardless of the intent for use.
7.  Your edited images are the photographer's art.  Please be respectful and do not edit images after you've received them.
8.  If you are going to share your images on social media sites like Facebook and Instagram, please credit the photographer at least once.
9.  Everyday Moments Photography retains copyright to your images.  You may purchase digitals with the rights to print them, but you do not own the photos.
10.  All sales are final.
