12/10/20121yes50/50 soln apple juice7262-68this started fermenting rapidly. I kept removing the lid so that it wouldn't explode. eventually the bubbling died down. I think I let too much gas out and now it's somewhat flat. It was quite sugary at 48 hours still.

12/10/20122nosucanatdark molassesfig, cranberries6062-68sickly sweet at start, still sweet at 24 hrs, not so sweet at 48hrs, but still strong molasses undertonestill worried about the CO2 captured. Started fermenting at about 24 hours. Kept lifting the lid. At about 60 hours I put in the fridge.

12/18/20125yes50/50 Pomegranate25this one came out not too sweet and with good bubbles, even though 50/50 solution! the pom undertone is a bit odd. kenai didn't like.
18

23
12/18/20127no1/2 c cane sugarhandful dried plums36I think this is where I reset the kefir. There was far too many grains in the jar so I stopped it.
24
12/20/20127yes6 Tbsp white sugar1.5Tbsp vanilla36put this in a 2qt milk jar. only about 4 cup. kefir to mix. After the fridge, this still is very sweet. It doesn't seem to have processed well at all. Not sure if that is the plastic bottle, the length of time, sugars, or what... left it out to try for more fermentation.
25
12/20/20128no1/2 c cane sugarfig, raisins48?

***12/22/20128yes25% applequarter size fresh ginger24?opened 12/29/12. This is nearly perfect flavor. It did have a funnel carbonation spill - on the porch! but the sweetness and bubble is perfect.

12/22/20129nothis fermented really well during the first ferment- you could see a
dramatic difference from the last batch. also moved to side of counter,
less direct light?
30
12/24/20129yes25% peach juice with pulp36I set these out longer.opened on 1/3/13. this gave a CO2 funnel and went all over.
31
12/24/20129yes1/2tsp sugar1/2tsp vanilla 36this was ok.
32
***12/24/20129yes1tsp sugar2Tbsp lemon36this has a strong lemon flavor, but still too sweet for me. Just like lemonade and not carbonated enough for my tastes. I let this sit out another 36 hours after being half empty. That was great. When I opened it the 2nd time, the sugar flavor was mostly gone, but the lemon still there and a good amount of carbonation. Love it.
33
12/26/201210no1/2 c. white sugareggshellcranberries rinsed w/ hot water to try and remove oil48+This really wasn't fermenting at all at 48 hours. I decided to give it a second push, before changing out the water completely. Removed the cranberries, added apricots and raisins and a little lemon juice. wonder whether the cranberries are an issue because they have oil on them.
