5 | Prep Cooks - We're cooking ahead of time for Saturday's event, often baking the desserts or other prep work. A great opportunity to learn more about cooking for crowds and generally have a good time in the kitchen.

9 | Cooks - We're making the bulk of the meal at the host house, including chopping, sauteeing, stewing, etc. At 6, we start setting up outside of the kitchen, including getting signs in order. Another great opportunity to learn more about cooking for crowds, pick up new recipes, and generally have fun.

12 | Clean Up - We're serving the food and washing dishes. This is a great opportunity to show off your dishwashing skills. Later in the night, we need help loading cars with supplies and tidying up the place.

17 | Front of House - We're helping Front of House Coordinators set up the space, mingle and greet incoming guests so that they feel welcomed. You should be amiable and willing to chat with guests about the event and the benefiting organization. Part of our goal is to make sure everyone feels welcome and excited about the event even if they don’t do well in large groups. The early shift is for prepping and the later shift is specifically for greeting.
