 As we are able to enter data into the various pages on the spreadsheet,
you will see a real-time update. Provided in the spreadsheet are: the
reference number for the resolution, a link to an online copy of the
resolution, the title of the resolution, the sponsor(s) of the
resolution, the committee recommendation for the resolution, and the
assembly action for the resolution.

Every resolution first appears before a legislative committee, which can amend or substitute the resolution before passing along a recommendation to the Assembly. If a committee unanimously recommends rejection of a resolution, then it is considered "dead" and won't be submitted to the assembly. (Note: Proposed changes to the GA Rules of Order would allow 2/3 of a committee to reject a resolution.)
