Notes
You will need to change the mainsheet bridle length with rake - the North main has a longer leech than the P&B
21
Forestay measurement on side of mast
22
Rake from mast tip to bottom of transom with all rig tension on
23
Set up the jib so that when sheeted in upwind - there is minimal twist. Only in 18kts plus have a little twist (move down the forestay slightly)]
24
Generallyyou can stay on one setting from 7 to 18 kts, which is useful. Try to only worry about vang / foil / cunningham
25
The older north kite goes better on more rake (longer luff)
26
The blue p&b kite has a shorter foot / is a little smaller - good for a lot of reaching
27
The lower shrouds won't need adjustment - they are attached to main shrouds.
28
If there are a lot of waves, you will need to use less tfoil upwind, and more negative downwind
29
You should both be at the back of the boat upwind in 8 or 9 kts breeze
30
P&B sails are a bit fuller, hence higher tensions
31
Ease the jib sheet 50mm before tacks!
32
When the conditions are difficult, play the jib sheet upwind
