8/1/20131.5 hoursAfter reading through the requests of a client, I search the MLS (real estate) database and chose a variety of houses that fit the wanted location and ammenities. We set a date to show her the 5 top houses from those we had found.5.5 hours

8/3/20133 hoursAn appointment was set with the client from 8/1/13 to show the homes we had selected. I had maped out the addresses and the order in which we should visit the homes. We showed the client and her young daughter the properties and they made offer on 3 of the 5 homes.8.5 hours

8/5/20133 hoursAs part of publising and creating connections, my mentor and I walked door to door passing out flyers of homes on sell around the area and buisness cards. Afterwards we did walk throughs on properties that had recent maintance done to ensure they were ready to be put on the market.11.5
