This indicates when someone will be notified that they received a badge. If at all possible, it's good to let folks know that they have the opportunity to earn a badge prior to awarding it to them.

There's an exception to this, though, when you want to issue a stealth badge.		This is the content that will appear in your software to alert people that they have earned a badge. A version of this appeared in Thimble when someone earned a badge.This is where evidence would reside for a specific badgeimage file can go here (useful but not required)
