For example, November 2011 would have the 1st fall on Tuesday so you would manually put a 1 in the field. You can then manually write a 30 on B3 to be the 30th of October. You then manually write the existing cash you have going into the month on the total cell for the day prior to the 1st. For November 2011 you would write the existing cash on E3. I usually darken the background of the prior and consecutive month's days also. For income write a title and a positive amount, for an expense write a title and a negative amount.
