4/29/2013 18:42:16Female46-50 years oldMaster's degreekalaya@ddn.ac.th43333ครูที่จะเป็นวิทยากรแกนนำน่าจะเป็นผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนนักเรียน EIS อย่างจริงจังมาบ้างแล้วอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี เพื่อจะได้เข้าใจสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไข ที่จะแนะนำครูรุ่นถัดไปได้อย่างถูกต้อง จึงน่าจะคัดกรองวิทยากรแกนนำเสียก่อน แล้วนำไปอบรมขั้น advanced อีกทีหนึ่ง อย่าคำนึงถึงแต่ปริมาณในการขยายผลจนเกินไป เพราะการที่จะให้ไปเป็น menter อย่างงู ๆ ปลา ๆ ก็จะทำให้ทัศนคติของครูรุ่นถัดไปแย่ลงไปอีก การที่ครูที่มีประสบการณ์แต่ไม่จำเป็นต้องพูดเก่งจะได้แชร์ประสบการ์ซึ่งกันและกันได้ แล้วก็พัฒนาต่อไปพร้อม ๆ กัน จะคุ้มค่ากว่า และเกิดทัศนคติที่ดีกว่า

At the beginning "SSF" is the way to encourage Thai teachers to speak English and be less worried. The more they practice speaking English, the more confident they are.
One day in the future I believe Thais can communicate in English effectively. I promise I will try to improve myself, recommend EIS to my colleagues and cheer everyone around us to speak English. Thank you for the good training and good trainers.

However, one thing that I would like to share is that most of teachers do not know and understand the principle of presentation, therefore, I would like to suggest that it is good or not if you invite some experts to train the teachers about how to present. I think I can teach math in english but I am not sure I can be a mentor or not because I never use ICT in my class.I always teach by chalk and talk as many old teachers because of content and time are the big factors. After this training I try to use ICT in my class.

ช่วงที่แบ่งเป็นวิชาก็มีเวลาให้วิทยากรน้อยมาก
ตอนแบ่งภูมิภาคก็ไม่ได้อบรมอะไร เป็นการแบ่งงานซะมากกว่า
อย่างไรก็ดี ข้อดีก็คือเราได้ "ทีม" ซึ่งจะเป็น "ผู้กล้า" ต่อไป

ยังรอ...การอบรม(ให้ความรู้)ที่แท้จริงอยู่นะคะ
