Instructions: Input your chosen spending categories, which I've broken into one-offs and recurring expenses. Fill in the dates for the next 4 weeks and your own 4 Week Budget values, and then begin entering in expenses for each week into the appropriate categories. Once you've moved into Week 5, move Week 1 into a new column to the right of "Actual Left" (start in column K), then copy the data in Weeks 2-4 over one column to the left (D-F), re-label column G for Week 5 and clear the values. Continue the same archive, copy over & clear process for each new week.
