3	Eligibility requirements
4	Projects that include any of the below are not eligible for funding by the Promoting Diversity Grant:
5	1. Funds that go to individual students to address personal financial need
6	2. Projects that support a candidate for political office or ballot question
7	3. Projects that charge admission to BSU undergraduate students
8	4. Projects that include fundraising of any kind during the event
9	5. Funds that pay honoraria to BSU faculty or staff
10	6. Projects or programs that are off-campus
11	7. The grant will fund projects that offer gifts or prizes to participants, but the monies from the grant may not go towards those expenses
12	8. A project that has any expenses that violate federal, state, or local law, or BSU policies
13	9. A project from a group that has, within the last calendar year, received funding but failed to turn in their post-program assessment (check list)

23	Collaborative	Project is collaborative (vs. cooperative) between two or more offices, departments, divisions, or roles (i.e., faculty, staff, students, alumni) and all collaborators have equal input and responsibility for the creation, delivery, and results of the project.

25	Project Fills a Programming Gap	Project is unique and fills a specific programming gap and/or addresses a campus need for improved diversity

27	Learning Goals	Application explains in detail the intended learning outcomes.

29	Directly Benefits Undergraduate Students	Application specifies how undergraduate students will benefit from the project.

31	Application contains all required materials/information (e.g., explanation of how program directly benefits students)	Application does not lack any required components.

36	Has the organizer reserved a space on-campus for their proposed project/event? (1 point)	Having a tentative space reservation with the Conference & Events Services Office helps to ensure the success of the project/event.
37	Intersectionality (1 point)	Project explores the relationship between 2 or more populations and/or identities.

39	Highly Collaborative (1 point each)	Project collaborators are from different divisions and/or roles on campus (as opposed to 2 student groups or to 2 departments within the same division).

41		Collaboration is between entitites that haven't, or rarely, partnered together before.

45	Innovative or Pioneering (1 point)	Project is innovative or reflective of emerging trends or addresses a long-standing campus need.
