skipping academic classesAll students are required to attend all academic classes, unless they are excused by a faculty or staff memberFined $10 for each class missed, and cannot attend Pub Night that week.If they miss class more than 2 days in one week they meet with the Dean of Students and are mandated a study hall from 6pm - 10pm for one week.If they have more than 2 study halls in one month or miss an assigned study hall they are co-curricularly suspended for two weeks. Continued academic issues may result in longer co-curricular suspension and solitary isolation.

skipping powers classes/counseling sessionsAll students are required to attend all powers classes and counseling sessions, unless they are excused by a faculty or staff memberFined $25 for each day missed and cannot attend Pub Night that week.If they miss class twice in one week or 3 times in one month they will meet with the Dean of Students and are co-curricularly suspended for two weeks.Continued missing powers classes may result in longer co-curricular suspension and solitary isolation

un-supervised use of alcoholStudents aged 17 are not allowed to distribute, use, posses, or be under the influence of alcohol. Students aged 18 or older are only allowed to use, posses, or be under the influence of alcohol under supervision, such as during school-sponsored pub nightsFirst offense: Meet with the Assistant Dean of Students, 10 hours community service, take a computer-based alcohol awareness courseSecond offense within 3 months of first - Meet with Dean of Students, fined $30, co-curricular suspension of 2 weeks (second offenses of distribution will be harsher)Continued issues with alcohol may result in additional mandatory counseling sessions, longer co-curricular suspension, and solitary isolation

- with the exception of major injury to a student or staff member, at "final warning meeting" with the dean will always come first- minor issues (missing class, stealing) will not result in immediate return to solitary, but major issues (unsupervised fighting, using powers on others, drug use) within one month of the previous solitary visit will result in an immediate return to solitary- happens on a case-by-case basis, as determined to be necessary in consultation with both the Dean and the Colonel

- they can have up to 2 visitors every 2 days - visitors must be approved by IVI- they can have one visitor the day after they go in, and then visitors are allowed approximately every 4 days - visitors must be approved by IVI- generally after at least 3 rounds in solitary in a short period of time, or some egregious action (extreme injury/death to another person); with the exception of an egregious action, they will get a warning that next time it will be indefinite
