The issue is this: I created my own Terms of Service, and then Degica throws in their Terms of Service file in all of their products without altering it. There is nothing I can really do about it, and it is a little confusing I understand. But you got the word from me, you can use it any software you wish!

If it’s for a commercial project (where you will gain money for these resources, such as Kickstarter or selling your game) you need to pay for a non-rm licence.

If not then it is perfectly fine, however please note that the resources inside this resource pack aren’t designed for out-of-the-box use in any other engine and would require you to be able to edit and change these resources to suit your engine and I will also be unable to provide any support for it.
