13	Non Flying Membership Conversion to Full Membership:
14	If converting in the first year, the $15.00 will be credited to the Initiation Fee. An additional $15.00 plus appropriate Full Member Fee will be required. In the second and subsequent years, only the Renewal Fee will be required.

16	Lapsed memberships:
17	There is a one-time Initiation Fee of $30.00 payable with your initial membership application. Membership is payable at the beginning of each calendar year and is valid for the current year paid. If for any reason you are not able to renew your membership, it will be deemed to have lapsed. On renewal, up to the 31st August of each year, your membership fee will be for the current year. New Memberships or Renewals on or after the 1st September of will be applied to the balance of the current year and the full year following. (Updated May, 2021)
