Legendary SnailsLet's take it from the back, I see no reason to segregate div 4, those 5 teams would be miserable and without a proper practice. Solution: make 3 div 3 groups and mix the div 4 into them. Making the 3 groups equal on "laddder" standing.

SaunamenDiv 2 could have 2 options. Skill over those 14 teams is pretty similar, so it could be EU and NA segregation, which comes with side effect: bigger competition for EU spots, outsiders can see this as segregation, but insiders can see this as better play enviroment.

iMAGINEor international groups is the other option, which more i think about it is probably better option. This point is probably biggest conflict. But international play could be good for the community growth.
