PLEASE KEEP THIS:
In this list we can keep track of applications that use the Android Service#startForeground() API in a manner so that the service runs as foreground service, but the user is not notified about it.

The way this works:
1) See if the app you want to add has this behaviour and if it is already on this list
2) If it's not on the list: Add it!
3) Contact the developer about this behaviour (Twitter, Google+, something).
Maybe this way we can inform the developers that their app behaves badly so they can fix it early. And hopefully this way we can prevent them from getting 1 star ratings in the Play Store. :-P
