Three Important SourcesThree Important Sources
1. My mentorhship at Covert Board Shop. I really get the feel of how things work and what doesn't. My mentor Kurtis also really gives me a lot of information about how he feels about his skate shop and what is working.

2. http://theberrics.com/dailyops. It is a website of just pure shredding and awesomeness. It just consist of pro skaters video parts or new shoes, it just is entertaining and helps understand the culture a little bit better. Actually Covert is in the Berrics page which I find awesome because The Berrics is really big!

3. http://www.entrepreneur.com. This website is important to me because it helps me understand the business side of the shop. I find a lot of interesting articles that go from marketing to words that you shouldn't use in your business.
