4/14/20148So, deciding to spend my spring break at the pharmacy to find a third answer to my essental question was the plan. It was a whole work day at the pharmacy and Grace decided after I had helped a only spanish speaking family get their medication with more ease than she would have, she asked me to personally address the patients and help her translate some of the instructions to the prescriptions.8

4/15/20148While I was mentoring today, I was helping Grace try and communicate the information to a prescription to a patiend and the pharmacy got pretty packed with patients. It was at this moment that I saw the efficiency of Pharmacist lab technicians. She was able to fill many prescriptions while Grace was handling patient consultation. 16

4/16/20148I had to change the prescription pins because it was time for many of them to be picked up already. I changed the color so it let Grace know when to contact some patients to discuss the matter. I ran the register for the rest of the day.24

4/17/20146At the pharmacy this day, I had to make sure that patients werent getting the medication they were suppose too. A patient came in and was to recieve only three bottles of a medication and almost recieved six. I noticed when I was scanning his prescription that he had too many medications. Grace fixed the problem and we checked other prescriptions there.30

4/18/20146I only had run the register this day since we had quite a few volunteers there. I only rang up the patients while the others scanned and made sure that Grace came to give them consultation on medications they weren't too sure about. 36
