- February 4, 20132:30 - 8:00 PM ( 5 Hours 30 minutes) Today at Cake Mama's, I had started off with heping make 54 single boxes for an order that is due of the 5th of February. After that, I had started organizing the cutters and molds that we had, until the front of the store had gotten packed so I had to stop, and help with the growing people entering the shop. I had done that for about a good 3 hours. As the store had closed, I went to the back kitchen to being with the prep for the following day, so we had made about three of the batters, about five of buttercreams/ frostings, and gotten the garnishes ready for the cakes.15 Hours and 30 Mintues.

- February 13, 20132:30 - 7:30 PM (5 hours)Today was one of the craziest days hat I have ever had the bakery. When I had first arrived, I thought it was going to be a pretty chill day because it was the day before Valentine's day, but I was sadly wrong. An hour after I had arrived, people came into the shop by the dozen and we were not prepared. I had helped with the people in the front with customers and then bagged and bowed cake pops and cookies for our "black Friday" tomorrow. After, I had helped with that, Ashely had me work on small decorations and then I had finished the day with making more boxes.45 Hours

This made up my entire day, along with making boxes through out the whole day.51 hours

It was amazing because usually, I would just do the orders with my mentor, but this time I had done the order without her help, and it had me more confident with my abilities. Along with the, I had helped my mentor and the other cake decorator with making the rice krispy domes for two orders.60 Hours

5/2/20132:00-8:00 PmToday was pretty hectic considering we had a cake due today and wasn't even close to completion. To help out, I decided to take on order that I knew I could do by myself so that my mentor and the other two cake decorators can focus on the cake. After doing all of the orders I could do, I decided to help one of the bakers frost a cake for an upcoming party.94 Hours
