18 | Qualifying is set in this round over one lap. The first ftwo sectors of the lap are your "warm" up lap like the traditional out lap of regular live qualifying. The rest of the course from the beginning of sector 3 (right after the first chicane on the Mulsanne straight), all the way to the start/finish in the will be the qualifier. | |||||
19 | In order to calculate the qualifying time we simply deduct the first two sectors from the total lap time. So, for example, if your two first sectors was 2:00 and the entire lap was 4:30 then your qualifying time would be 2:30. |
