- Ask fedora
- Fedora freemedia
- Taking sessions etc (most recently at FUDCon India)

I'm now trying to revive the local contacts program: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/LocalContacts#List
- Too many requests on freemedia, too few people servicing them

12/8/2011 10:47:33Suchakra* Organizing events
* Distributing media, CD/DVD Images and swag
* Downloading CD/DVD images for distribution in my region (Pune city)
* Promoting and troubleshooting issues on one to one basis
* Keeping myself personally accessible to anyone for any Fedora related queries
* Have worked on bringing my college and the Fedora community together
* Have been busy creating more *long-lasting* fedora users :)
None virtually, but its been a bit tough to give Fedora 16 a proper welcome as I'm away from Pune for the last couple of months.

On a lighter note, I'd love a Fedora's own jet plane to carry us btw :P

I myself had problems with freemedia when I had a slower net. I guess I am helping people out of that myself (now that I got a decent connection)APAC + Mumbai

12/8/2011 13:28:58Truong Anh Tuan (tuanta)- Organizing Fedora Release Parties. Support others in different cities country-wide to organize parties.
- Attending FOSS events to talk about Fedora community; encourage and support them to join into.
- Co-chairing the APAC biweekly meetings.
- Getting in touch with other ambassadors in country and regions to collaborate for some specific tasks.
- Reimbursement process is so slow. For example, Fedora 16 release party has been finished for a month, all necessary things such as event report has been posted, ticket has been already opened (even, it has been reviewed by FAmSCo), etc. but... that's all. Nothing happened any more.
- Need more ambassadors to join into the regional meetings and collaborate more and more.

I am now having a hard time finding a group of pro linux users in the area. In my holidays, I speak to college students about Fedora and linux in general. 12/8/2011 23:52:33soumya1) Active in #AskFedora (having the role of a moderator)
2) Involved in packaging few applications for Fedora.
3) Always preaching and involving people more to use Fedora, even was happy to shift few of my office colleagues recently into it.
4) Really want to be a part of the Freemedia, but don't have either a DVD writer or reader in handy with me.
5) Was involved in organizing sessions , previously few FAD's organized back in college, Barcamp and now recently FUDCon.
When I was back in Bangalore, I got involved in Freemedia and I had distributed to many people that time who were searching for it. After that my DVD drive is not there and thus coudn't help in Freemedia in recent times. If I really get DVD's of different flavours of Fedora, then I can easily distribute in my local area and help Freemedia as far as I can.APAC + Hyderabad

I suggest for the event to make bundle with a minimum of swags and media ( around 100 DVD, 50 stickers, etc) for small event and more for big one.
