4	Laura Royden	Alumni Relations	-began finding and hiring committee members -scheduled meeting with UA treasurer about CAR's budget	-finalize CAR budget -continue searching for people who are interested in working on CAR -schedule a first meeting -talk about plans/goals/ideas for the rest of the semester with committee members
5	David Chang	Chief of Staff	First client for UA-Consult, the consulting group consisting of the student representatives. Scheduled lunch with representatives to be had over the next three weeks.	Revise UA-Consult based on first user feedback. Will have dinner #2 with reps in the next couple weeks. Lunch with representatives.
6	Amanda David	Class Council Coordinator	Planned some logistics for the spring talent show that all class councils will be joint-sponsoring	Continue laying groundwork for collaboration amongst the class councils
7	Tatiana Mamaliga	CSL (Committee on Student Life)	--"Movie on the Lawn" modified: will be an event featuring fun and de-stressing activities for students, sometime at the beginning of December, with the participation of many clubs and possibly performances by some dance and A cappella groups; we'll also be showing a movie during the event. --Freshmen Awareness: a flyer has been put together by one of the members, listing all the MIT help resources: groups, individuals, in and outside dorms, to be transformed into a big poster and placed somewhere public and to be included in freshmen packages. -in the process of discussing a system to check or rate GRT performances in dorms and living groups--ex: a student "Rate Your GRT" survey. --Boston Daytime: Allan and I met with Larry Brutti; we'll be meeting with Chris Colombo next week, and Allan will meet with Gordon. --PIAZZA: in the process of contacting people responsible for implementing it at MIT to find out if students like it. --Wellness Day: in the process of coming up with logistics --Cooking Class: Plaz contacted Henry; he's interviewing someone to be in charge of it.	--finalize details and choose movie for the de-stressing/fun activities event --design flyers and poster for Freshmen Awareness; also get a response from Henry about the "Rate Your GRT" idea --get a sense of current student usage/like/dislike of PIAZZA --decide and assign people for Rate Your Driver --decide and assign people for the space near LaVerde's --have an answer for the Boston Daytime funding and start it

16	Anvisha Pai	Sustainability (Vice Chair)	First meeting: Introductions, brainstorming topics Second meeting: Project allocation, meeting with a representative of the Energy Club to brainstorm on collaboration ideas Our broad project areas are as follows: Dorm Outreach/Education Campus Energy Efficiency Competitions (eg Recyclemania) Paperless Curriculum Recycling Composting We've started collecting information and establishing initial contacts for a few of these projects.	Email out to different parties involved in each project, and start formulating a timeline/set of goals for each. Some of them are heavily dependent on initial fact-finding (e.g. : Paperless curriculum, where we still have to figure out whether it's a viable idea). Since all of our members (except the 2 vice chairs and the chair) are new, we also plan to share our previous information and tactics with them.
17	Alex Hall	Treasurer, Finboard Chair	Appeals to Finboard have been considered by committee members and we will have office hours this week, and then present the approved appeals to Senate.	Inform all of UA of appropriate reimbursement procedure. Get appeals approved and begin soliciting applications for the next cycle, as well as application for new committee members.
18	Michael Walsh	Athletics	Working on setting up meetings on what was laid out last week. Organizing the committee to be as efficient as possible.	Have a plan of action for our goals, and begin implementing it.
