2		Summary: The table below summarizes evidence in support of our claims regarding the locations of suspected NSA internet listening posts. The table supports three levels of confidence, which have been color coded. The locations are represented in our IXmaps database with NSA icons corresponding to high and low. (see: http://IXmaps.ca ) In most cases, we have only narrowed the location to a city (and not i.e. a building). The confidence score is determined through a formula that weights the categories that we have determined are likely to contribute to a high chance of an NSA listening post in the location (see the Weight row near the top). The formula is listed under Weighted Score. Each evidence column is scored on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 as greatest. Descriptions of the types of evidence are provided in the legend below.

Most valuable for us is being alerted to faulty information and assumptions, as well as additional evidence that can improve the confidence in the location of sites listed here or other ones that should be.
