Proposed Density

The Comprehensive Plan cites the community’s desire to maintain its ‘small town feel’ .

The proposal would allow for density 4-5 times higher than what exists in the denser areas of the village, and higher than Fall Creek.

Will these changes create desirable places to live? Or will they create overcrowded neighborhoods with insufficient open spaces, increased noise and congestion, and a lack of privacy?
