  • The different changes that you go through while you are an adolescent. There are many types of changes you will go through:
  • Emotional
  • Physical
  • Social

YEP, HERE IT IS!

  • Everyone is different, and everyone goes through puberty at a different age! Most boys start noticing changes somewhere around age 10-12 and puberty can continue for 6 years or longer.

EMOTIONAL

Changes in moods and feelings that occur:

  • Feeling angry
  • Caring more what others think about you
  • Getting upset for no reason

WHAT CAN I DO?

Some solutions to these emotional changes can be:

  • Listen to music
  • Do something active (run, bike, play basketball, etc)
  • Talk to someone about it

SOCIAL

Social changes in puberty can also occur:

  • Needing more alone time
  • Building new friendships with people who like the same things you like
