  • Create a Home Campus Account by going to www.athleticclearance.com. A step-by-step guide is accessible on the MC Athletics website.
  • Register for all sports your child is interested in doing. Please ensure that each sport your child wants to participate in has been added to their Home Campus account.
  • Complete a sports physical (required to be valid for the entire season/school year). must be within 12 months and not expire mid-season).
  • Submit sports physical, health history form, & Home Campus Confirmation page to Athletics office

** No participation is allowed until “Cleared” - you will receive an email to the email on file in Home Campus. No student can participate in tryouts until they are "cleared" on Home Campus. You will be notified of their "cleared" status through the email address on file with Home Campus.
