Pills

For non-tagged UR the new color-coded pills show how many comments the UR has and how many days have passed since the last comment. The color of the pills have the following meaning

Grey = UR that are tagged as a note.

Blue = UR with reporter replies where you have comments

Peach = UR with reporter replies where another editor has comments

White = Last comments is from you, with no replies

Yellow = Comments from other editors, with no replies, under the close day setting

Red = Comments from other editors, with no replies, past the Close days setting

Daily Editing: Built in filter and settings recommendations

Note: Setting “Reminder days” to zero will stop “auto reminders” from being sent and will stop pins from showing up until they are at the “close days” setting. This for areas that don't use reminders if you wish to manually send reminders “auto reminders” can be disable in options.

All UR that need reminders: (white = yours, yellow = others under close day setting, red = others equal or past the close day setting) and yes I know there are no white pills in this picture ;)

UR Layer reordering

Waze’s default way of laying the URs is not entirely helpful. As show in the picture if that user reply was at the bottom of the pile you might never see what was wrong.

URComments changes the layers to the following order starting at the top-most layer moving to the bottom

Under the zoom out links the visible UR count is shown, URO+ presets have been moved down for built in filtering

If “Auto send reminders” is enabled the script will automatically send reminders. The reminders are only sent to UR that the logged in editor has 1 comment and the days since the last comment are equal or greater than the “reminder day setting”. The reminders are only sent for the visible area.

If “Replace tag name with editor name” is enabled and if your waze user name in the UR description or comments the UR will be tagged showing your name.

When “Replace tag name with editor name” is disabled and if the UR has a [TAG NAME] the tag will shown. If the UR is not tagged it will be treated like a non tagged UR.

No more losing our own tagged UR. (case and space sensitive ex ‘rickzabel’ would tag my UR, ‘RICKZABEL’ or ‘rick zabel’ would not tag my UR)

Moved Problem up a layer so it is not scrolled away when jumping to the comment box.

Known issues:

1.) sometimes the filters won't apply moving the map or zooming a tiny bit or disabling the filters and then turning them back on will make the filters apply.

2.) I am working with twister-uk to make changes URComments and URO+ so they play nice together. Currently URO clears my bubbles and filtering after every change to a UR . Afterwards I have to reapply the bubble and filters.

I have submitted changes to Twister that would let URO not apply URO’s filters when all of his UR filters are unchecked. this way we can flip flop between which ever filter we choose to use

3.) The Unfollow option doesn't always work and i have mixed feelings about fixing vs removing it. the auto sending of reminders re-follows the UR...

4.) URO+’s backfilling of URs was working great with URComments but for the last week anything around 1000 UR causes my WME to be super laggy. I tried installing the previous version of URComments and the unaltered version of URO+ and Waze is still laggy; I am now thinking it is an WME issue.

Disabling “Enable URComments UR filtering”, “Enable UR pill counts” and “Auto send reminders” will bypass the code that loads all the UR data in the background.

URO+. in URO+ when any UR filter is enabled the filters in URComments will be disabled (unchecked).

Verify that under the uro presets that “only my urs” is unchecked and that no URO, UR filters are enabled.

When the new filters are enabled the setting “Auto reload map after comment” is not needed.

Notes

I think i fixed the events that would cause the double click links to not change the UR status before saving (new WME changes between the radio options and check box states much slower)
