Universal Controller - USA and Europe Modification

Note the Modification Requirement for Europe:

The version shown here is the USA control panel. The GFCI form factor for Europe is larger, and does not fit in this Universal Controller space allowed in the USA version. Thus, a European power cord, GFCI outlet, Plug, and USB power supply to feed 5V into the arduino all must be adapted to the European version.
