The background of your ad can go all the way to the edge (past red box) but program will be cut near the red line so nothing integral to the ad should be included outside of the red box. ALL ad text should be inside the box.
MAKE A COPY TO USE AS TEMPLATE
File > Make a Copy > Entire Presentation
Delete this text before designing and delete the box after you are finished.
Share the file with [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS of person doing ads for program] when you are done.
File> Share > Share with others > Enter [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS of person doing ads for program]
