Setting up your VXRLabs Account
Look for your WELCOME EMAIL.
Select the link found in your welcome email.
OR
Go to https://account.victoryxr.com
This opens a NEW WINDOW.
Fill in your account info.
SIGN IN to your account using your account information.
Select the kind of organization you fit with the best.
NAME your organization.
GO TO DASHBOARD and setup your avatar.
ADDING A STUDENT/ USER
Select
VXR Subscription from your dashboard.
Select License Management
Select ADD Users
Shows how many licenses your organization holds
Shows how many licenses have been assigned.
Shows which users have a license assigned to them.
Buttons allow you to grant and revoke licenses easily.
ADDING A USER
Select if adding a team lead or instructor - email is required.
CREATE STUDENT ACCOUNT
Select if adding a student - no email necessary
ADDING A USER
(Team Leads and Instructors)
Enter the information requested and select ADD Users
ADDING A STUDENT
Enter or make up information for first and last names as well as unique usernames and passwords.
Then select Create Student Account
ADDING USERS AND STUDENTS
You will be taken back to the organization page
DISTRIBUTE LICENSE(S)
in order to access your full product
You MUST distribute a LICENSE to your users in order for them to access any part of the product.
Select PRODUCTS along the left bar of your dashboard.
Select VictoryXR Subscription
Select License Management.
Grant a license to the users who need them.
NOTE:
If you have purchased an add-on of our CTE or Dissection Bundle, your users will need those licenses IN ADDITION TO their VXRLABS license.
To do this, go to your product/dashboard page and select that content tab. Then select license management and assign licenses to the users/students within your organization that need these add-ons.
THEY WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS CONTENT WITHOUT BOTH a VXRLABS AND ADD-ON license assigned to them.
Once your users have licenses, they will be able to access their product(s) on headset or computers.
