Homeroom (cont.)
Library : Our homeroom has scheduled library time on Wednesdays
Students will use this time to return/check out books
Students will need to complete a book review once a semester
SSR : Our homeroom will be completing independent reading every Tuesday and Thursday before lunch. Students should have an independent reading book for this (preferably one checked out from our Reutter library, but they can bring one in from home)
Enrichment : This is the PERFECT time for students to go to a teacher if they need extra help or have questions. This time will be used for iReady time, band/choir practice, Project Create, and other extra activities. If you are finding that your child is having trouble with a class or a specific topic, remind them to use this time to check in with a teacher.
*Chromebooks should be charged every night*

Our Math Goal
All students will take risks with numbers to become fluent and flexible mathematicians.
This means students will develop number sense and an ability to represent numbers in a variety of forms and use numbers in diverse situations.
Students are working to become accountable, independent, and confident in order to apply math strategies independently. Please encourage independence with any math your student completes at home.
