SEO content

Inbound marketing relies on SEO friendly content. I can advice on how to ensure all your website content is keyword targeted to optimse the organic reach of the ICO site.

I can create custom content working with video partner Speeding Films to create explainer videos that are fit for purpose to drive ICO investors.

The key to successful marketing is ensuring you have the metrics and measures in place before your ICO. I will ensure BABB’s metrics are suitable for the task.

Running niche communities in Bitcointalk and on Slack demands experience in community management which I can provide directly or in managing a community manager.

Working in social media it helps to know what messages work with different audiences, and at the same time measure what works best in terms of acquisition. I can provide this expertise.

  • Set up a shared Google Sheet to capture and track media mentions o
  • Work with your PR agency to review the content (including key messaging) channels, and influencer/journo targets for the PR strategy
  • Set up sections of the website to support the ICO working with your web developers

  • Set up resourcing of the various channels 24/7 and how best to answer new questions most efficiently depending on resources

  • Create an explainer video to show how to sign up to the ICO that makes the process 100% clear to everyone including ‘newbies’.
  • Review the White Paper and FAQ from a marketing perspective - does it clearly explain what the aim of the ICO is and how it works to as wide an investor audience as possible?

  • Create a deliverables calendar of tasks to achieve with key milestones being pre-sale and ICO itself
  • Review options for viral marketing campaigning to get people outside the crypto cmty to take an interest in BABB
  • Set up Google Analytics so that key goals for referring channels are set up for website to gauge campaign performance

  • Ensure all systems, content schedule and process in place for managing the social media channels and investor questions on these channels as well as Bitcointalk forum/Slack
  • Also about making sure BABB team is ready and able to take interview requests as they appear from everyone from Forbes to Blockchain Investors Community iTuber - on YouTube

  • Horizon scanning, looking for issues raised through channels/forums/Slack that need addressing with new content eg the commercial value of the Lampix product with a LinkedIn article
  • Liaise with advisors to ensure amplify social media messages
  • Work closely with the technical team to communicate with investors if there are any issues with buying tokens throughout the ICO

Practical steps 1

  • Monitor the communications channels with investors such as Slack and Bitcointalk to ensure smooth period to distribution of tokens
  • Ensure post-ICO media coverage with a range of options depending on the scale of success of the ICO
  • Create immediate post-launch email newsletter to summarise success and to confirm timetable for distribution
