What is my community project?

My community project is beautifying the school. For my project I created four pieces of art that are going to be put up at school. My four artworks are a zentangle, a mandala, a painting, and a drawing of my name.

My Zentangle

This was my first drawing for this project and the most time consuming. I used black pen, a ruler, and a compass to draw this. In a few places I used cross hatching and stippling but for most of these I just created my own patterns.

My Mandala

For my mandala I used a compass to create the different sizes of the circles. For the patterns on the inside I did those freehand with a black pen.

My Tree Painting

This painting is one that I did a few months ago. I used black, blue, and purple to make this. I also used the stippling technique to make this.

My Name Drawing

For this drawing all I used was a black pen to outline the letters and patterns and I used red, orange, yellow, and blue markers to color in the patterns.
