  1. Reduce the number of missed appointments
  2. Improve the frequency of quality care reducing burden on ER, a study in 2022 stated that 58-80% of individuals went to the ER because it was their only form of care [1].
  3. Promote herd immunity with regularly scheduled vaccinations - Mortality for diseases in the 20th century showed a decline of 90% in 2017 due to the uptake of vaccines [2].

Ontario healthcare system is largely based on preventative care and each year Ontario residents forget to schedule, attend and track their vaccination and healthcare appointments.
