  • Minitex is a Resource Sharing partner on 6 different library platforms as library of last resort
  • Itemless Broker (living at UMN and using their collection)
  • Process 250-350k requests a year
  • All requests are printed and manually handed
  • There’s going to be a Pandemic (but we didn’t know it yet)
