This resource is an activity for students to strengthen their understanding of each RIASEC theme.
Directions:
Have students get into groups of two or three. As a group, they can decide on a RIASEC theme. Together, they will think of words or phrases that represent the RIASEC theme of their choice.
Example: Realistic could include
“Working with hands” or “Building”
Their words can be traits, characteristics, careers or tools that support a particular profession. If appropriate, provide students the opportunity to share with whole group.
