The Booster Club needs approximately $15,000 to perform annually.

        • We have 39 Sponsorships! (WOW! WAY TO GO GIRLS)

  • Bloomington Optimus Club, Easter Egg Hunt for little kids $225
  • Giesnbrau Tap Room Takeover August 17th (NEW THIS YEAR)
  • Dozinky Days Beer Garden Volunteer Hours (NEW THIS YEAR)
  • SuperFan T-shirts (closes July 31)
  • Duck Cup/Mental Health Scarves (NEW THIS YEAR)
  • Volunteering for home game jobs.
    • The school pays the booster club to do this (approximately $800)

Each player is encouraged to a fundraising goal of $500.

Each family is encouraged to participate in the Pick a Date Fundraiser. 

  • Each player is encourage to have family, friends and neighbors fill out the calendar they may also get Business Sponsorships to help reach their goal of $500
  • Each player who raises $300 with get the Warm-Up T-Shirt with logos on the back. Each player who raises $500 or more will get Nike Warm ups and Warm-Up T-Shirt

Dozinky Beer Garden Volunteers

Who is eligible to participate?All participating individuals must be at least 21 years old or older. Grab Grandma, Grandpa, Sister, Brother, Neighbor and Enjoy Dozinky Days!

How much can we raise? 

Dozinky Beer Gardens Volunteers get to keep all tips earned during the shift assigned. All tips are 100% donated to group who volunteer and funds go towards player experience.

When do you work? �Each group will go into a lottery and be assigned by the Chambers. Groups will register in June and be given a time slot later summer to work the beer garden.

Sponsorship Coordinator

  • Primary responsibilities are to: collect sponsorship forms from treasurer, review and ensure all benefits are received through the season.
    • Maintain logos for sponsorship benefits.
    • Work with Mark Hvidsten to advise the sponsors for the poster.
    • Ensure posters are delivered by the seniors to the sponsorships listed on the poster.
    • Game day announcements on social media.
    • Game day handouts for the box office.

  • SPONSORSHIPS DUE BY JULY 18th
    • SPONSORSHIPS ARE A KEY TO FUNDRAISING. SPONSORSHIPS GENERALLY HELP PAY FOR TEAM POSTERS, PICTURES AND SENIOR BANNERS.

      • Need 6 Volunteers Per Home Game for Teams Playing on Turf.
        • All Families are required to fulfill one game on the turf for the season.

Homecoming Coordinator

Coordination of Homecoming Parade Activities

  • Reach out to families to determine if they are willing to pull a trailer for the girls to sit on during the parade. If no one is able to donate a truck or trailer, reach out to community and determine cost. Girls Soccer is willing to offer a sponsorship for donation of the truck and or trailer for donating the cost to pull the trailer in the homecoming parade.
  • Work with Seniors on theme for float.
  • Coordinate Decorations
    • Purchases Decoration and request reimbursement or work with Treasurer on purchasing items.
  • Plan Date for Team Bonding Event
    • If space allows invite all 3 teams.
    • If space does not allow, have each team plan own event.
      • Intend to do a bring a dish to share or coordinate with President/Treasurer on if funding for food is available.
      • Team will make posters for floats & youth night.

We encourage each player to bring 1 large bag of candy or parade favors to pass out during the parade.

  • Date to be selected by Seniors. We will try and find a Home Game with JV, B Squad and Varsity playing on the same night (stay away from Wednesday Games.
  • Plan to Sell Food - ie. Walking Taco
    • Request Volunteers
  • Determine a game to win a prize or item to give away.
  • Coordinate with NPSC and Head Coach to have younger teams scrimmage at half and older teams meet the players before the game.

Senior Night Coordinators – Junior Parents

JUNIOR PARENTS:

  • DATE CHOSEN: Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 VS Chaska
  • Celebrate our senior players with a night that honors their high school soccer career!
  • Talk to senior parents for a date that works for all of them.
  • Clear date with the coach.
  • Make a senior program.
  • Decide on what you are going to serve (food & beverage).
  • Decorations
  • Frames for action pictures. Seniors will make there own poster boards to bring with photos.
  • Book for people to write in or sign the frame option-up to the junior parents.
  • There isn’t anything set. Junior parents decide what is going to happen, how it will look and sends out the information. Talk to Senior Parents for suggestions or ideas.

Remember Junior parents, when planning this night, your junior player will be a senior the following year. So, make it a night you’d want your daughter to remember!

Year End Banquet Coordinator – Sophomore Parents

  • Sophomore Parents Plan:
  • Select a venue that will fit everyone
    • VENUE SELECTED: RIDGES GOLF COURSE, JORDAN, MN
    • Consider A/V needs with screen & sound for all to see and hear
    • Options: Ridges Golf Course or Horse & Hunt Club
    • Check date with coaches and senior parents.
    • Last Week in October is normally when hosted.

  • Help us capture photos throughout the year for all three teams. This position can be a parent from each team or one parent that will spread time between all three teams.
  • Pictures say a million words and memories over the years. Help us capture memories throughout the season to be able to have a drive to share and highlight for players senior year.
