Ablauf Aufschaltung – evalink

  1. evalink live - Melden Sie sich in Ihrem Errichterportal auf live.evalink.io an und wählen Sie das passende ServiceBundle ProtAlarm Basic oder ProtAlarm First.
  2. Füllen Sie online das Aufschaltblatt aus, indem Sie die benötigten Kriterien, gewünschten Optionen und die Kundenangaben hinterlegen.
  3. Die Protectas SA nimmt mit dem Kunden Kontakt auf, um den Vertrag abzuschliessen.
  4. Nach der Bestätigung wird die Aufschaltung bei Protectas SA und der öffentlichen Leitstelle angemeldet und eingerichtet.
  5. Bestellte Alarmübertragungsgeräte werden an den Errichter versendet.
  6. Am Tag der Inbetriebnahme können Sie über evalink live die Übertragung der einzelnen Kriterien und Störungen austesten lassen.
  7. Testen Sie mit dem Backoffice die korrekte Übertragung zur Protectas SOC.

Flexibilität: Sie können die Anmeldung auch via Aufschaltblatt an Protectas durchführen
