      • Solicitation- to command or urge someone to commit a crime.

    • Murder- killing done with malice. ( the intent to kill or seriously harm)
      • First Degree- premeditated, deliberate, and done with malice
      • Second Degree- without premeditation but otherwise same as first degree.

  • FELONY MURDER- killing that takes place during the commission of certain felonies.
    • Ex. Rape, Arson, Robbery

  • Voluntary manslaughter- intentional killing committed under circumstances that lessen, but do not justify or excuse the person ( even the reasonable person may lose self-control).
  • Involuntary Manslaughter- unintentional killing resulting from conduct so reckless that it causes extreme danger or death.

  • Vandalism ( malicious mischief) is willful destruction of, or damage to, the property of another.
  • Larceny- is the unlawful taking and carrying away of the property of another w/ the intent to steal it.

    • Grand Larceny- theft of ($100 or more) and is a felony.
    • Petty Larceny- theft of ( Less than $100) and is a misdemeanor. (Shoplifting is a form of Larceny.) Businesses lose billions each year.

  • Robbery- is the unlawful taking of property from a person’s immediate possession by FORCE or INTIMIDATION. The element of FORCE is the difference between Robbery and Larceny.

  • Burglary- The unauthorized entry into any structure with the intent to commit a crime, regardless of the time of day.
